We are a young and small consultancy with a focus on innovation management, marketing, distribution, business development and change management. We are international with a certain focus on projects in Asia and Middle East. The experience we gained during restructuring projects and processes of change will be used to involve you and your staff intensively in finding solutions. We are convinced, that this is the only way to a smooth and swift implementation and a long-lasting success.
The Name
After a deep analysis of your question and actual situation we will provide a first draft of a potential solution. This draft will be discussed with you and your staff intensively in several rounds and will be continuously sharpened and detailed further. The final version - the “final draft” – will be supported by all and a guideline for the upcoming implementation.
Stefan Schulze
Stefan has been working more than two decades as executive in various fields of the chemical industry. During this time and in many projects he acquired comprehensive experience and knowledge about innovation management, acquisitions, marketing & sales, change management and in large investment projects. Stefan has been living several years in China and Japan. Besides that, he has been always leading projects with a strong exposure to Asia and the Middle East, establishing attractive businesses and creating a strong network. Stefan will be happy contributing this experience in projects with you.
